Products are strictly Made-To-Order, orders are processed at the end of each business day (midnight GMT).

The placing of order(s) on this website means that you are providing us with the permission (you express consent for us) to produce the product(s) on your behalf.

If you decide that you have placed an order by mistake or you have changed your mind, you will need to notify us by email (or you can send us a message through your account) before your order begins processing (midnight on the same day you placed your order).

Please note that PayPal no longer refunds the transaction fee, with this in mind where refunds are requested they will normally be reduced by the small transaction fee that PayPal deducts as part of the payment process.

Once your order begins processing, we can not refund your purchase.
