Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of cleared payment. Following this shipping can take up to 14 business days.

Some larger packages will require a signature.

Shipping fees are all accounted for and you will not be asked to pay any further charges in order for us to process and ship your purchase.

Your items are place in secure packaging such as to keep them well-protected during shipping.

Please be patient when waiting for your orders, sometimes orders may be delayed transiting customs, also the postal systems in different countries can be delayed due to circumstances out of our control. If your postal system is suffering delays due to things like weather, increased load during peak times, please be just a little more patient and give the postal system a little more time to get your order to you.

We are sorry, but due to the fact that Italian orders are delayed by the postal system in Italy almost taking six-eight weeks to arrive. We have to now state that due to fact that we do not wish to alienate our Italian customers because of their postal system we will still ship to this destination, but orders destined for Italy are purchased AT THE BUYERS RISK!
