Shipping Delays:

Please be aware that most couriers are experiencing shipping delays.  This is caused by the reduced amount of passenger flights that are in operation at this time.  Some Air Freight companies use spare space in the cargo holds of passenger flights and as a result there is currently reduced capacity for goods being shipped in this manner.

Couriers are doing their best to make sure your orders are received in the least amount of time possible, but delays are sadly expected at this time.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of cleared payment. Following this shipping can take up to 14 business days.

Some larger packages will require a signature.

Shipping fees are all accounted for and you will not be asked to pay any further charges in order for us to process and ship your purchase.

Your items are place in secure packaging such as to keep them well-protected during shipping.

Please be patient when waiting for your orders, sometimes orders may be delayed transiting customs, also the postal systems in different countries can be delayed due to circumstances out of our control. If your postal system is suffering delays due to things like weather, increased load during peak times, please be just a little more patient and give the postal system a little more time to get your order to you.
