We are convinced that the majority of persons whom purchase items using PayPal are genuine and will respect all information in terms of processing and delivery times provided at point of sale. There are however a small minority whom abuse the very system that PayPal put in place to protect customers and turn it to their advantage to commit fraud. This is why in order to protect the excellent value we provide to our customers and also our business reputation we have a ZERO TOLERANCE to attempted fraud and will treat all claims that are made before orders have been given sufficient time to arrive as such and report these cases to the relevant authorities.
